Enrolment - please read very carefully before booking your English classes.
Acceptance of enrolment for English classes, evidenced by confirmation of the student’s booking, will constitute a legally binding agreement, governed by English Law, for the period specified on the enrolment form. Students’ statutory rights are not affected by the conditions below.
Payment
All fees in respect of services specified in Prices are due for payment in full 7 days before the starting date. By paying the fees the student agrees to study for the duration of the course and English classes. The academy reserves the right not to provide such services in the event that such fees have not been paid by the due date.
Technology
The student is responsible for ensuring they have good internet access and regular access to a computer with an up-to-date web browser, media player, PDF reader, web cam, headphone/speakers and microphone to learn English and attend English classes via Zoom and/or Skype.
Refunds & Cancellations
Once a course has started, there will be no refunds. A student may cancel their participation in a course with 7 days´ written notice, and receive a full refund.
Private Tuition Cancellations
The teacher requires at least 6 hours notice for cancellation of classes; if sufficient notice is not given, the class will need to be paid for. This applies to no shows too.
